Summarize network attributes by reach

RivEX can use a polyline reach layer to summarize attributes encoded in the river network. More advice on this tool is found in the manual.

3 reaches along a network have been used to summarize minimum \ maximum Strahler order and maximum upstream network length. Values in the network could represent anything, for example: sediment scores, species number, counts of in-channel structures, slope, elevation, temperature, pollution, land ownership, accessibility scores, confinement ratios, beaver habitat, quality indices to name but a few!
